  • What is Success Track? Success Track is a comprehensive program developed by WOWMi to support sales professionals in maximizing their potential. It includes personalized goal setting, regular check-ins with a Member Success Advisor (MSA), and continuous tracking of performance metrics to ensure you stay on track to achieve your sales objectives.
  • Who is my Member Success Advisor (MSA)? Your Member Success Advisor is a dedicated professional assigned to support you throughout your Success Track journey. They help set goals, monitor your progress, provide insights, and offer guidance to help you achieve your sales targets.
  • How do I get started with Success Track? After you have registered for the WOWMi program, your journey begins with an onboarding call where your MSA will introduce you to the program, gather essential information about your business, and help set initial goals. This call is followed by regular monthly check-ins to review progress and adjust strategies.

Dashboard and Metrics:

  • How often do I have check-in meetings? Check-in meetings are scheduled monthly. These regular meetings help you review your progress, address any challenges, and adjust your strategies as needed to stay on track towards your goals.
  • What should I prepare for my check-in meetings? Before each check-in meeting, ensure your performance metrics are up-to-date, review notes from previous meetings, and prepare any questions or topics you want to discuss with your MSA.
  • Can I request additional meetings with my MSA? Time permitting, yes, you can request additional meetings with your MSA if needed. Simply reach out to your MSA to schedule an ad-hoc meeting for specific issues or updates.

Goals and Action Items:

  • How do I set goals in Success Track? Goals in Success Track are established through Revenue Drivers. Each Revenue Driver has specific Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) attached to them, guiding your progress and performance. During your onboarding call, the overall goal will be determined based on your specific income goal. Your Member Success Advisor will help you identify the relevant Revenue Drivers that align with this goal, ensuring that your targets are both strategic and achievable.
  • How are action items assigned? Action items are assigned during your check-in meetings based on your progress and any challenges you’re facing. Your MSA will help you identify key tasks to focus on and set deadlines for their completion.
  • How do I track my progress on action items? You can track your progress on action items using the Success Track dashboard. Regularly updating the dashboard with completed tasks helps you stay organized and ensures continuous progress.

Reports and Insights:

  • What types of reports do I receive? You receive various reports, including Monthly Performance Reports, Trend Analysis Reports, Comparative Reports, and Revenue Driver Reports. These reports provide detailed insights into your performance and help you make informed decisions.
  •  How do I access my reports? Reports are accessible through your Success Track dashboard. You will also receive regular email updates from your MSA containing key insights and action items based on these reports.
  • Can I request custom reports? Yes, you can request custom reports tailored to your specific needs. Discuss your requirements with your MSA, who will help create reports that focus on particular metrics, time periods, or unique reporting needs.

  • What resources are available to help me succeed with Success Track? Success Track offers a wealth of resources, including knowledge base articles, tutorials, webinars, workshops, and templates. These resources are designed to enhance your understanding and skills.
